After completing his degree and several years as a Mechanical Engineer, Matt decided to join his brother Nick in Property Management. His experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques in the Automotive and related industries have allowed RPM Select to streamline their processes for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. As a rental property owner himself, he recognizes the challenges that come along with this asset class. Because of this, Matt makes it his personal mission with RPM Select to provide the peace of mind that comes from hiring a professional property manager.
Nick’s innovation and attention to detail has allowed Real Property Management Select to become one of the leading property management companies in Greater Sacramento and the Bay Area. Since originally opening the Real Property Management office in Solano County in early 2010, RPM Select has expanded with offices in Sacramento, Concord, and San Jose. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Nick saw firsthand the care and dedication that goes into running a successful company, and has carried that over into his own business operations. Nick works hard to optimize the systems within RPM Select to make owning rental property painless and profitable for property owners, and continually improve the experience for renters.
Brandan was born and raised in Northern California, and has been in the business of residential property management, vacation rentals, and flipping homes for more than 20 years. Brandan has been with Real Property Management Select since the beginning. His knowledge and experience in all aspects of the business has helped RPM Select become the leader of the industry in Northern California. Brandan is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California.
Amy has lived in Northern CA all her life; both in the Sacramento and North Bay area. She went to school at CSU Sacramento where she obtained her BA. Always having an affinity for math, her employment experiences have led her to become the Accounts Manager for RPM Select, after taking on prior roles throughout the company over the years. She currently holds a CA Broker’s license. Outside of the office, she enjoys weekend trips around the area with her husband and daughter, traveling to tropical places, Giants baseball games, running 5ks, and reading fiction books.
Natalie joined the Real Property Management Select team in 2021. She has lived in Solano County for over 20 years and puts her local knowledge and familiarity of the area to good use with her position here at RPM. Natalie has worked in customer service for over a decade and pridefully describes herself as a people person. She handles all issues with empathy and understanding and enjoys leaving each customer interaction on a positive note. Outside of the office, she enjoys being outdoors, being physically active and making fun memories with her three kids.

Chris was born and raised in the Central Valley and has been in the business of residential property management for 3+ years. Chris has been in customer service for over 18 years and absolutely loves it. His knowledge in property management has helped countless homeowners in Northern California. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Nathanael Palafax has established himself as a dedicated and knowledgeable professional.
Licensed since 2022, Nathanael has worked with some of the most prominent companies in the field, bringing a wealth of expertise to his clients.
Specializing in single-family homes since 2020, he is committed to helping families find their perfect home. When he’s not assisting clients, Nathanael enjoys attending EDM music festivals with his friends, embracing the vibrant culture and community. He resides in Roseville, California, where he shares his home with his loyal Belgian Malinois, Shazta.
Stephania is a Houston native but has lived in Fairfield for 10 years and puts her local knowledge and familiarity of the area to good use with her position. She has been in property management for 10 years with experience in HUD and section 8 housing. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her son.
Born and raised in Northern California, Stan has accumulated over 20 years of experience in general maintenance and light electrical. At 16 years of age he started working with his father‘s electrical contracting outfit during the summers picking up essential trade skills. After high school Stan spent roughly 13 years working with Bank of America as a Premier lending consultant in the real estate industry. After 13 years in a cubicle Stan decided to get his hands dirty and get back out in the field. Stan spent 5 years as a Solar B.O.S. Electrical installer for Sungevity, then another 3 years installing custom high quality patio covers for Morgan’s Outdoor Living. Stan joined the RPM team in October of 2018 and has been focused on driving quality inspections and maintenance services. Stan has a proven track record of providing world class service and quality workmanship.
Scott was born in Southern California and moved to the Sacramento area when he was 10. He has lived in the same 1 hour radius ever since. After exploring a few career options, he settled into the service industry where he worked in various restaurants as a repair technician for almost 15 years. With his thorough knowledge of the cities we serve and his repair technician skills gained through years of experience, Scott enjoys keeping a close eye on and caring for the properties entrusted to RPM Select.
With 12 years of working experience in Out of Home Advertising, Connie’s skills were developed and honed in the field of client management, operations, and office administration. Working in the Accounting team in RPM Select, Connie values the importance of accuracy, sense of accountability, constant learning, and providing reliable support to the organization. Having been exposed to team sports like volleyball and ultimate frisbee, she considers herself as a team player and actually enjoys helping out and providing solutions to any challenging situation. She believes that the key to achieving better results is through constant process improvement and becoming more systems oriented.
Born and Raised in El Salvador, she is a self-taught English speaker that had the chance to practice by working for Tech support at a recognized computer company for 2 years. Then she transitioned for a few years to a Customer service and sales department where she got promoted to the training and development support area where she was able to prepare staff on how to deliver a world-class customer experience for more than 14 years. Working in that latter area provided her with leadership skills, coaching recruiting, project management skills, people skills, training delivery techniques, and curricula development, amongst many other skills to develop the staff skills to the highest level required. She considers herself an outgoing person, creative, with an open and positive mind, and willing to adapt to any challenge that she encounters to find a solution. During her free time from work, she enjoys swimming, practicing Yoga, hiking, cooking, and enjoying nature surrounded by her family and pets.
Albert, born in Ecuador and raised amidst the dynamic energy of New York, is a versatile professional with an MBA in Business Administration and a recent master’s in Digital Marketing. Boasting over 12 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, animation, and web development, Albert has excelled as a creativity director and made significant contributions to companies like First Rank Digital and IBEX Global Solutions. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he is proficient in SEO, SEM, SMM, and content marketing, holding certifications in Google Ads. Beyond his professional prowess, Albert finds joy in boxing and continuous learning.
Born and raised in Nicaragua, he graduated as a business administrator and has over 10 years of experience in different areas of customer success and production such as customer service, technical support, chargeback and fraud analysis, maintenance and rental applications. Obsessed with quality and customer satisfaction, he is always looking to improve the processes to deliver the ultimate customer experience. He considers himself a highly skilled team worker, empathetic and outgoing, has a passion for Rock music and Soccer, he never misses a Real Madrid match, plays his guitar and video games on his free time and has strong bond with his family.
Paola was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico but was raised in Sacramento, CA. Her friends and family call her "Pao." When she has free time Paola enjoys spending it with family and she absolutely loves horse back riding. Her first job as a customer care representative was working for T-mobile. Paola is excited to bring all of her customer service experience to Real Property Management Select.
Jen’s experience in the Customer Support field has been very helpful with her work when dealing with clients. It is her goal to bring the best practices that she has learned from her work experiences to RPM-Select to provide top-tier Customer Support by providing highly accurate information and assistance, especially when dealing with maintenance service request queries. Outside work, she enjoys reading books, writing fictional stories, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Karla, a marketing graduate pursuing a master’s in business administration and project management, has over 10 years of experience in sales and customer service. Known for her positive attitude and passion for learning, Karla consistently sets and achieves her goals.
As the second of five siblings, Karla values her close-knit family and enjoys traveling, exploring new cities, and spending time with loved ones.

Outside of work, interests include reading about new technologies and their impact, as well as exploring new places such as beaches, restaurants, and stadiums.
