Solano County Home Building On The Rise
As I’m sure you can guess, Solano property management always keeps us busy. I’m always curious as of how the other businesses in the real estate industry are doing. Going in to Spring and Summer, I know this is the time where real estate professionals expect business to pick up. I was recently happy to see some good news for home builders in Solano County… new home building is on the rise! According to an article I read in the Times-Herald, the Vallejo/Fairfield metro area is on of only six in California that has seen an increase in the first quarter of 2011 compared to 2010. I know this spreads a thin layer of light on our current economy- and the comments on this article are proof… Check it out!
